We see brides from all over the world and many have travelled to see us at our HQ forms far away as New Zealand. Sandie didn’t have far to travel as she works in the same building as us!
Having first come to see us in 2017, Sandie tried on several dresses, quickly realising the silhouette that worked best for her. Taking the V neckline of Marianna (ultra flattering) and adding the beading from Monroe, together we came up with her wedding dress design. Sandie also kept the elegant pleated skirt from Monroe which draped beautifully. Both dresses that were combined to create her beautiful wedding dress can be seen here:

As with all brides who choose a couture dress at Mooshki and Grace Philips, changes can be made until final measurements are taken. This gives you just a little bit more leeway in your dress to make sure it’s totally perfect for you. We know that you can change your mind between a first appointment and a last appointment so it makes sense to work with you!
Luckily, Sandie still loved her dress exactly as she designed it. To finish off her whole bridal look, she chose a handmade veil by the famous Nana Mooshki. All couture brides have the option of a bespoke headpiece by Nana Mooshki, whether that be a delicate comb, a quirky birdcage veil (favoured by many a Mooshki bride) or in Sandie’s case, a beautifully simple ivory tulle veil.
“I loved my dress! As you can see I was in it for at least 12 hours! It was such an amazing day from start to finish I just wish I could do it over again! As for my shoes I don’t think I would have lasted if it wasn’t for my converse haha! I never stopped dancing all night!”
All of us at Mooshki and Grace Philips would like to wish Sandie and her husband all the very best for the future!
